Adflex resins are advanced reactor TPO's produced using proprietary Catalloy process technology from LyondellBasell. Adflex resins are very soft, flexible rTPO resins used in specialty films, stretch hood, as a blend component to improve impact performance, extrusion coating, textiles, bitumen modification and consumer applications. Furthermore, Adflex resins exhibit excellent impact performance at room and low temperatures, outstanding haptics and soft touch.
These products are based on C3 and so can be considered as PP and so are better solutions compared to the C2 plastomers where you need to blend it with PP.
We've 2 assets producing them, one in Ferrara (Italy) and one in Moerdijk (Netherlands).
We've both phthalate and non-phthalate catalyst system and Ferrara is more focused on the NP catalyst meanwhile Moerdijk on the phtalate ones.
