Brand information

TRIBIT is a PBT polyester that offers excellent tensile strength and stiffness, dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, good oxidation resistance, excellent chemical resistance, and excellent electrical properties. TRIBIT is used in applications such as electrical housings, electrical connectors and sockets, circuit breaker housings, automotive wiper arms and door handles, oven handles and other parts of household appliances.

Samyang are compounding PBT in Korea and grades are available in a range of fillers including flame retardants and glass fibres.

Grades are also available from Samyang's compound plant in Hungary.
