Dieter Vogeleer has been working for Ultrapolymers for 11 years and holds the position of Country Manager for the Ultrapolymers Belgium division. Within Ultrapolymers he is also responsible for the promotion in Europe of our new partner, Lavergne plastics, a manufacturer of high-quality PCR plastics based in Canada but with a global presence. Customers such as Nespresso, HP, Sonos, Dyson and many others have already been convinced of the high quality of their PCR resins for years. The production of PCR HIPS and PCR ABS takes place in their Belgian factory.
The presentation at the Italian Sustainability Day highlights Lavergne's raw material processing process: cleaning, sorting, laboratory testing and mixing for consistent quality, supported by UL 2809 traceability. Together with advanced technologies, including reactive composition to rebuild polymer chains, precision melt filtration, automated twin-screw extrusion, and large-scale mixing silos, they enable the production of these high-quality resins.
