Laura Shahbenderian is a seasoned sustainability and circular economy professional with a strong background in carbon footprint analysis, life cycle assessment (LCA), and EU ETS verification, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to climate action initiatives. She has worked extensively across public and private sectors—most recently contributing to circular economy strategies and climate workshops.
Ravago, parent company to Ultrapolymers, was founded in 1961 by Raf Van Gorp who embarked on building a business of recycling production waste from the plastics producing petrochemical companies. Over the years that followed, Ravago has grown from one site in Belgium to a global network of plastics, chemicals and building materials supplying into a vast array of markets.
