LNP ELCRES NPCRX9612U is an unfilled, amorphous polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin for injection moulding. This grade is a non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame-retardant grade, having a UL-94 V0 rating at 1.5 mm, for “All colours” and certified per UL746G - an outline of investigation for non-fluorine and non-PFAS containing materials. The grade is UV stabilized and is available for custom colouring. The material has improved chemical resistance against a wide range of disinfectants and targets a wide variety of medical equipment applications that need improved chemical durability. The grade has passed the limited biocompatibility tests as per ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10993-10.
