Recycled PA6 & PA66 Polyamide Materials

Reducing carbon footprint by up to 80%, energy consumption up to 60% and water usage by up to 70%

TECHNYL® 4EARTH encompasses a large variety of sustainable polyamide solutions from DOMO Chemicals:

  • Mechanically recycled based on automotive airbag waste

  • Chemically recycled from hard-to-recycle waste

  • Bio-based solutions manufactured from castor oil

With ISCC PLUS certification verifying the use of renewable or recycled content.

Available unfilled or reinforced with up to 50% glass fibre or carbon fibre content to give you the desired properties for your application.

TECHNYL® 4EARTH Nylon Properties:

  • Reduced carbon footprint by up to 80%

  • Excellent near-prime mechanical properties

  • Stable & high quality with good aging performance

  • Excellent batch to batch consistency

  • Good thermal properties with enhanced heat stabilised options available

  • Halogen-free flame retardant options available

 

TECHNYL® 4EARTH Nylon Uses:

Power tool housings, under bonnet components such as gear-shift housings and transmission covers, furniture components, sports and leisure equipment, mobility aids, gardening and farming tools, and household electrical appliances.
