TECHNYL® ONE PA6 & PA66 with Enhanced Electrical Properties - DOMO
Halogen-free, flame retardant polyamide solutions with advanced electrical properties

TECHNYL® ONE from DOMO is a range of polyamide solutions equipped with modern halogen-free flame retardant packages designed specifically for electrical equipment and electronics manufacture.

Market leading fire protection and electrical performance
UL94 V0 rating at a wall thickness of only 0.4 mm
Halogen-free flame retardants and heat stabilised grades
Excellent mechanical properties
Good dimensional stability with low water water absorption
Chemical resistance
Excellent thermal ageing resistance
Railway standard EN 45545-2: HL3 under R22 & R23
A fully compliant yellow card, including RTI and rating @0.4mm
Compliance with EU environmental waste management directives, RoHS1 2002/95/CE and WEEE2 2002/96/CE
TECHNYL® ONE Nylon Uses:
Electrical protection devices, power management, renewable energy systems, automotive electrics, consumer electronics, high voltage components, mini and smart circuit breakers, moulded-case circuit breakers, power control equipment and contactors.
